Unauthorized $3 and $200 Charges on My Credit Card

I have a $3 and a $200 charge on my credit card that I did not make. I have never made any transactions with or to Facebook or given them my credit card information. When I tried to pull up the information from Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/receipt/?V=1&ref=cc, the site gives me the error: "Error: The information you entered did not match our records."

I do not log into or use my Facebook account.
