Ripoff took $400.00 after canceling

I started service with earthlink March I canceled service September. The company has been taking $21.95 out of the checking account for 15 months now and I moved a month after I canceled the service. The representative told me that she seen that I haven't accessed it since Septmeber but still told me that she could only give me $21.95 back. They have some 30 day policy and bascially the morons are telling me that its okay that I've paid for a service that they know I havent been using!!! FU* THAT!!!

I refuse to let them keep my $400.00 because they have a 30 day policy that I didn't even know about. I didn't sign sh*. They didn't tell me sh* about that when I signed up!!! They said that if I had a comformation number that I would be able to get all my money back no problem, so I guess if I was actually given one that it would be worth $400.00.
