I really had high hopes for this company as we wanted to enhance our online selling opportunities! HOWEVER, after not receiving any replies to our Emails for more than 3 weeks, I was not only upset, but I began to do some research on this company and sure enough I found the usacomplaints.com!
It truly is a shame that people can do this to hopeful and innocent people! Fortunately, I did not pursue a lot of expense other than the original purchase price, however, I have found where people have spent hundreds, even thousands, of dollars advertising their "supposed" e-store!
If you would like to take action against the company or try to get your money back, I would suggest a couple things.
1. Contact your credit card company and file a dispute. You may be able to get your money back, but only for the original purchase.
2. File a complaint with the FBI's Internet Fraud Complaint Center. You can do this by going to: www1. Ifccfbi. Gov/index.Asp.
I also found a phone number for GeteStore from my credit card statement. They probably won't answer, but it may be a way to help track them down. The number is: 1-213-748-4826.
