ALERT - ALERT - ALERT I am devastated that Smile Prodirect did not provide me their 10 day Trial Offer for teeth cleaning substance before deciding that I wanted to discontinue their service.in my Trial Package they included the Complete Program for $92.13 and made me pay for this program even though I requested to stop program before the 10 day trial. Never had a chance to see how product worked. Their return policy was to have 30 days to return the Complete Program but not provided per phone call to them for a Return Auth Number. I was told that I was not entitled to a refund and cannot return the unopened item. This is a SCAM to take your funds from your Credit Crd Acct. Alert to viewers - please be careful when ordering from them. Less costly to see your Dentist. Caution, Caution, Caution
