Internet & Web

I signed up for a Discover Card to recieve a free DVD player at fastreward.com. After over 6 months, I sent an email to complain and they sent me this reply:

From: "FastReward Member Services frsupport-at-fastreward.com |freeDVDplayer|"

Hello,

Thank you for submitting your email. Unfortunately, the credit card company / membership offer you signed up for to receive the free gift, has not yet informed us that you have remained an active credit card holder/active member with them for at least 60 days. To that note, can you please either fax, email or mail us a copy of your membership statement? A copy of a credit card billing showing proof of membership payment is sufficient as well.

In your Fax or Email, please provide the following:

1.) Your First and Last Name
2.) Your Email Address
3.) Your Address (The address where your gift will be sent to.)
4.) The gift you selected to receive

Our Fax Number is:
(650) 637-7817

Our Email Address is:
FRSupport@FastReward.com

Thank you,

I faxed them all of the information and they still never sent me my free DVD player. I don't know what else to do since I can't call them.
