Short Changes Wholesale Orders/Sends Counterfeit coins/Will not honor return policy ripoff Los Angeles California

This company will always be shy a couple of coins from every group sent. Most coins sent are nothing but culls and they like to throw in a counterfeit coin.

I sent back the last 2 groups per their refund policy 8 weeks ago. They will not answer my e-mails or send a refund of $487.00. The coins they send aren't worth even half of what they charge.

I have sent a registered letter to the Vice President of the company requesting refund before I go further.
