Netwizzards Internet Business Rip off

I put $10,000 into an internet business, it was supposed to be a web hosting and design type business. When I put in my money, I asked if the business (Netwizzards) was registered and I was told that it was not registered but would be in Indiana as soon as the account was setup. One week after investing the money I asked for a checking account for the business to be set up, it never was. After a couple months, and many attempts to find out where the money went, I demanded financial statements as to where the money went, they in turn told me that I did not need financial statements as that was not MY area of the business to be concerned about and also told me if I did not give them another $20,000 I would automatically forfeit the first $10,000. I was told I would be an equal partner in the business and then they told me that I would not be receiving any share of the profits because I was not a partner. They put no money into this business and as of today it is nothing more than a web page. After many attempts to get my money back they have informed me that I will not receive anything for the money or the money back. One of the so-called partners, Deliene Kathleen Winchester, lives in Bluffton, Indiana, phone # 219-824-0744. The other partner lives in Australia, I believe his name is fake but this is the info that is registered with the domain name www.netwizzards.net: Chris Mitchell, 19 Easkin St, Benalla, Vic 3672 Australia phone # 57625986 I also was given this phone # by him 61-413-349-919. The domain name Netwizzards.net is registered in Australia, I am unaware if the business is registered in the United States or in Australia. These people pretended to be a close friend of mine and Deliene I met in person on many occassions and they called me their daughter. Thier chat names among many are Monique~ and Armageddon. They change their names and persona frequently. Monique~ has assumed the identity of Corrina, a 19 year girl from Florida, recently. These two hang out in chat rooms all day looking for their next victim and living off money they conned out of people, not to mention Deliene is trying to get or may be receiving Social Security by now.
