Ripoff domain hijacking, deceptive business practices

I registered a domain with network solutions for several years with network solutions and never had a problem... Until i needed to move it to a new hosting company. We have a new website developer and prefer thier hosting options.

Network solutions have locked my account without authorization and the changes we repeatedly make to move the domain are being reversed by someone in thier company - every time. Over and over again.

They are currently responsible for shutting down our business website and preventing our online business from doing business. We have been fighting with them for 3 days now and we get nothing but lies about the domain and why there is a problem.

Last conversation with a nice guy named alfred 001 at 800-361-4341 and told that he saw that the system was automatically refuting our attempts to move our paid for domain name. He said a supervision named ken at 866-391-4357 was "dropping everything" (yeah sure he is) and solving the issue for me. I was promised a resolution many times with no response from them. They continue to prevent my business from generating any money and are also preventing my email from working. Everything stopped because of this problem and we are seeking help in resolving this in the fastest way possible.

These people are liars and should not be trusted with anything. They are happy when you are paying their fees, but when you want to move (and have the right to), they question you and try to force you to make the domain stay with them. I have seen other reports here and wish an attorney would contact us to file a class action lawsuit against this company for these practices.
