Purchased an LG 52X32X52 CDRW drive from Nt-micro on 09/21/04. The drive cannot read, or write CD-R's. I applied online for an RMA#, and never received a response. I E-Mailed tech support, and finally received a response stating that "You will receive a number after all RAM's have been processed". What the _ _ _ _ does that mean??? Needless to say it's now 11/15/04 and I STILL have not received an RMA#, nor any response to E-Mails. Stay away from these SCAMMERS!
