Emusic.com
Never signed up for emusic.com but they are charging my credit card

I started getting charges for 19.99 on my credit card from emusic.com however i have neither ever signed up for their service nor heard of it until now. I had not used this credit card in over a year and there were no other charges on it (which leads me to believe somehow they got my credit card info and started charging illegally charging me).

If an individual had somehow accessed my information one would think that there would be other fraudulent charges on it... Although so far i am out 45.00 from this illegal activity i will spend thousands just to make them pay.

Watch out emusic.com, your days are numbered; you lost the lottery when you chose this pissed off vindictive guy to rip off.
