Ronald Cooper Magic Jack will not work with ATT to port numbe

I purchased a new Magic Jack and wanted to port my old phone # to it from ATT. MJ software appeared to work perfectly and stated phone was available for porting. But, it never occured. ATT had an issue and needed to discuss directly with MJ. After hours of going back & forth ans a 2nd porting charge, it still came back cancelled. I told MJ (via chat as they will NOT provide a phone number) that ATT said that the MJ porting dept MUST contact their porting dept DIRECTLY by phone to get issue resolved. MJ refused toi lift a finger or make such a call. Porting still not complete. The last chat session ended with them ending it as they say it is ATT issue only. (I have copy of complete chat) Basically, if it involves humans, they will NOT do it.
