Responded quickly to call about the third outage I was aware of in the last 2 months, but Ticket submitted 4 days ago (2 business days) for intermittent throughput issue has still gone unanswered.
I joined Netflix to stream movies and it has been difficult to take advantage of this service due to the inconsistent speeds. I expected an update within 2 business days and still have not gotten one, but they are new to this area so I will wait and see.
I'll update again with more details if the service get's worse.
