Didn't refund my money as said by their manager vera and they have recieved their merchandise back which was delivered by ups on 11-02 signed by a person name HAYES and i have the emails and the

I ordered from this company approx on 10/30; i ordered aragan oil; when i recieved the order of alleged aragan oil; it wasn't aragan oil at all; i didn't know what kind of oil it was; see i make organic soaps, perfume and cremes and butters for the skin and i know aragan oil when i see it and smell it; this oil from bulkapothecary wasn't aragan oil - i emailed the company at their website and told them just what i have stated here in this complaint; only to recieve a rude remark from one of their employees or staff member that they stood by their products. Well i called them and i spoke with brittney; which referred me to vera; - i stated my complaint to her as well. Vera said; she would have ups ground pick up the aragan oil from my apt and would refund my money once they had recieved the item back;vera honored her word with the ups ground picking up the return to their company but didn't honor her word for refunding my money as of yet as of 11/23 and i emailed the company approx 5 times and i've called approx 3 times. I sent vera aka bulkapothecary and emails with the confirmed tracking of their returned item from me; which showed they recieved their item back on 11/02; which also happened to be on my birthday. I have contacted my bank and made aclaim for fraud and i have given my bank the proof of the emails and the trackn # for ups ground; to show that vera; brittney alan -aka bulkapothecary has recieved their item back and my emails show that i have made the complaints and requested my money back as well. Companies and human beings should treat people like they would want to be treated; a person is only as good as their word and soo far; vera and bulkapothecary; ur word isn't worth anything - action speaks louder than words.- my acct for this order is and was 45480- i haven't forgot vera, brittney and alan-bulkapothecary!!!

Ups picked up the return shippment last week approx wensday of last week; vera was suppose to send me a confirmation email; but one wasn't sent; but i have the ups ticket and tracking to verify item was sent back to ur company. And i would like to know; when will i be refunded? Thank you.
