Impressive Personalization
This company is a complete ripoff!

I recently placed an order with an internet company called impressive personalization. They sent me an email confirming my order and that it should be sent in 5-10 days. The confirmation was sent on 03/04. So by 03/23 I began to wonder why I still didnt have my order so I began trying to get ahold of them but had no luck! I called at every hour, emailed them, requested a call back and called some more! Heard absolutely nothing until 04/02 they sent me an email saying that unfortunately the items i had ordered had been out of stock for a few months already and that they would refund me the $85.57 i had spent. Well what the heck were they confirming my order for if they didnt have my items in the first place!!! It is now 04/05 and i still have not recieved any refund or any emails or any kind of reply! This company is a fraud and somebody needs to take care of this! If i would know how i defenately hunt these people down and give them a piece of my mind!
