I purchased evil eye bracelet and gemstone Buddha on July 31. I received that order 5 days after, until I realized that one of my order which is Buddha was a wrong order, although there is similarity but it's not the same as the picture describe, which is the one I want has a design in the back and what they send me was the plain one. And also the Buddha that they send me has it's on item number and description as one of their selection item in their store site. So I called them the next day morning to report the problem so many times hoping somebody will answer any of my call. I have leave urgent messages and I also send them urgent email, but none of them got reply. I have waited for few days to see if they will respond me but unfortunately I just can't get hold on to anyone there. So I tried and called them again, do the same thing, called them leave a voicemail and email, I tried it again the next day, the day after again and again and it's so unbelievable, still they're answering, so I get really mad for wasting my time, and I have to admit that i did made a treat that if they're not responding me, I will sue them, it's because they are not answering me. Although the value of the item is only $21.00, but still they should not treated me this way as a customer. So my only option was since I can't get a hold on to anyone about sending me wrong item and what to do about it, is to return the item back and have my refund back. So I return the item along with the free gift and I carefully follow their return policy, except I didn't get an insurance but I did get the tracking number to make sure that they're going to received it. So I mail the wrong item on August 20 and according to my UPS tracking number that it was delivered on August 22. Today is September 11, and guess what? They're still not answering. I have email them yesterday and the day before, still would not reply, I even send them a copy of my tracking number to proof to them that they did received the item that i return. I only got a reply from them once, and that was when I placed an order. I have such a bad experience in this company, that I would not recommend to anyone, got a poor service, it seems like they don't want to fix the problem since they are the one who made it in the first place. Not only they took my money they also have their item back. My last message to them was "all I want is my refund, and it will end the discussion", still no reply. I also check my bulk message no reply at all, but they still operating their online business.
