Do not answer the ad for the company. It's a rip off. The product is of low quality and it's impossible to get your money back. The 800 # is ALWAYS busy or you get an answering service. They will continue to draft your account for funds even after you cancel the order. You have to pay to send merc. Back to them. Check you acct. Status and cancel your CC. That's the only way you can stop them from drafting your account. File the necessary forms with your bank to try to re-coup some of your money. You will never see a dime from the co.
