Ripoff stole money out of my account

I ordered the trial product to try and knew then I would not order the product after trying it. But Received an email about a week later saying my purchase was approved! I frantically tried calling & emailing trying to stop the transaction but have gotten no response. I contacted my bank & they say they are still working on it. The product came weeks later & I refused it at the postoffice. Still no contact from the company or refund of my $169.00
