Horribe Service on First Attempt

My company switched to CVS Caremark for our mail order pharmacy prescription service in January. I had used a different company in the past for mail order and it had been great. I sent in two prescriptions with my first order. The first one... Back ordered by the manufacturer and the second one... Just on delay for no reason. The back ordered one I had to email them first to get an update as no communication had been sent. At that point, they were contacting my doctor to find out what else they could use in place of the back order. That was 2 weeks ago. Today I check my order and it's been cancelled. Again, no communication as to what is going on so I have to email them again. Sooooooo frustrating. My second order is supposedly in the mail, after weeks of trying to get it. Guess I'll believe it when it actually shows up. Needless to say, I will not be using them again. This is awful. I have complained via email to them, they just ignore it. Horrible service.
