Each and every period I send statements to AmeriHealth for compensation to get a specific provider (Dr. L) (after I've previously settled the out-of-community supplier), the state is prepared along with a check is delivered to the provider in the place of in my experience. I've introduced this towards the interest of customer support many-many often. They're usually ethical, but never understand how to repair the problem. The check is voided, another check released, and about 75% of times the 2nd check also gets created out to and delivered to the supplier again! I have been advised to create about the state and about the supplieris bill "please spend associate as provider was already compensated" that we do but that does not support. I have requested Customer Support repetitions to contact statements however they claim they are able to just email. Most people are usually sorry, but nothing gets mounted. Meanwhile. OH has my cash months and weeks, plus each telephone call requires atleast 20-30 minutes or even more of my period. This can be a supplier my boy views regular, which means this is just a continuous trouble.
