Easy Kit Company is supposedly selling a home HIV test kit

I placed an order for an HIV home test kit on Aug 14 and was billed to my debit card on my bank account. They sent a confirmation email the next day with an order no and a tracking number that cannot be located in the USPS website. When contacted them through the sales email I receive a failure message and when I dialed the customer service phone today it turns out to be a personal phone that gives you a voice mailbox.
