Change Co name to: CVS CARENOT - CVS CAREMARK

I went to fill a script & was told I needed a "preauthorization". My Dr said they would fax it out after I made appt & was counseled. Dr said they'd send out that day. Now 2 weeks later I called CVS CARENOT & was told there hadn't been anything received. After calling Dr & CVS CARENOT turns out CVS CARENOT REJECTED the Dr's pre-auth paperwork because there was already a pre-auth in place thru 3!!! To make it worse, they never bothered to tell me or the Dr it had been rejected & DIDN"T update their files to reflect the pre-auth currently in place. They HAVE to be paying their minions an INCENTIVE to do things like this: while the $ they made by delaying my med ~ 2weeks is minor, multiply that times the huge # they are MOST LIKELY doing this to & it's big bucks. I will be reporting this whatever agency (s) that has jurisdiction over them to see if they will investigate for civil & or criminal fraud.
