Breaks without permission

After protection have been ended sRC Aetna started collecting funds from my salaries 5 weeks. Today I'm battling them to quit the insurance breaks and also to obtain my money-back. They WOn't dis - un -enroll me, although officially I had been dis - enrolled since I've additional protection. Its been a headache and today I can not visit function since they're currently getting my whole salary.
