Rude service

I waited a few months to be eligible for insurance at my company. I visited your physician about the Aetna approved list. The physician ordered blood tests which Aetna did spend however they wont purchase work visit.

I've to deliver evidence of preceding insurance (that we didn't have since I have was unemployed to get a year) and complete a survey. After all they withhold cash every month from my salary and wont spend the physician. I don't like Aetna and also have discovered their customer support individuals to be rude. I'd no option in supplier treatment but when I did so, I'd never pick Aetna.
