Put online purchase March 4th. Purchase came with incorrect item (works out their site had incorrect item figures beside item photos). They explained to come back thru post office but post office refused return shippment since container have been exposed; (thus, TakeHerb was top me to cheat the post office; (it had been TakeHerbis problem incorrect item was delivered, not the Postoffice). So then I'd to obtain a return tag from TakeHerb (i.E. Many more times pass when I delay). I delivered item 10 days before & named today & they explained they got my return but item that I requested wasn't obtainable in the dimension I needed (WRONG!). After going thur it again using their client repetitions detailing that my required dimension can be obtained (per their website & per the initial producer), they explained they'll deliver the moment the dimension I required comes in. It's today Apr 15th. We will observe how long this continues. This type of person screwed-up in. If you don't need problem, after problem, after problem, consider your company elsewhere besides TakeHerb.com.
