Glow - Kronos Hair Products
Unethical business practices

Beauty & Appearance

I visited on the link online - appeared legit - by having an offer in the organization 'Shine' to-order an effort wash/conditioner by Kronos. I'm as/t manufacture and trust me, was careful NOT TO subscribe to any account, trial, etc. The offer was to get a test wash and conditioner for $4.95 delivery. After I obtained the container, I obtained additional items along with a 'notice' about my one month trial of these items closing in a cost to my card of $98.50

I named 24 hours later after delivery of the box and informed the client support broker to deliver me a return tag when I hadn't requested something that will have to be delivered and didn't plan to purchase the return delivery or even the $98.50 in the event where the client isn't informed they'll get the extra products and you will be accountable for the return delivery, there must be no obligation for that individual purchasing the 'free sample' and spending a shipping cost to obtain the 'free sample' to additionally subsequently possibly cough up the $98.50 or purchase the return shipping - neither which these were conscious of until starting the container and studying the closed shipping paperwork.

I am likely to contact my charge card organization as well as record a using the Better Business Office in California.
