HCP Services Unprofessional Company: Ripoff, Disregards Clients' Need, Fraudulent

HCP Service is a corrupt company, and the owner John Tuma does horrible business with his clients.

The receptionist (Jessie) herself stated that Mr. Tuma is inconsistent and never in the office, does not honor his appointments and agreements, is unclear with his obligations and information provided to her in order to enable her to contact clients, and does not professionally handle cases.

I have spoken with numerous clients of the company who stated that they all have outstanding gripes with the way they are carelessly treated, their needs disregarded, and the lackadaisical manner with which Mr. Tuma 'runs' his company.

I have had to personally jump through two months worth of hoops, legislation, fees, expenditures, and training to be told I could begin my employment. When I received the go ahead, I worked hard for a week and brought in my time sheet to collect my paycheck— I was told on the spot that my case had been dropped and that I would not receive payment.

I had no forewarning or prior communication, and Mr. Tuma did not let me know the reason why he refused to continue working with me— it was completely illegitimate and I proved to the employees at the company that I had not received ANY prior contact from Mr. Tuma himself about that matter, or about how my services should be handled.

I have never felt so violated by a company. I had invested months of my valuable time, a lot of my money into prerequisites for employment, and then— without contacting me— I was dropped and told to stay away from the office.

Please save yourself the time, energy, money, and headache and do NOT use this service. It is a company in shambles, and is out primarily to extort its clients.
