Takes the money and drops the ball!

We ran a mortgage company and were set up with RJV to send loan modifications to. We sent them 4 clients and another company we worked with also sent them clients. All clients were dissatisfied with service and no communication on files. All clients have gone with other companies to do there loan modifications and have now been satisfied. Unfortunately, we lost out big time with this company. They also promised us they would give us 10% on referrals, to this date we have never received this.
Every time we called for status on clients or when we would get paid we were given a sales pitch and a run around...
I since have spoken with other companies who were all dissatisfied with RJV Financial as well. I have yet to speak with anyone who has been satisfied with this company.
Just thought I would warn others about this company...
