Keratin Earth
Big ripoff in every way! No help from customer service!

When i was watching tv this really cool ad came on for keratin earth. The ad was put together very well and sayed that it would straghten your hair for a month;i thought it was a verry good idea because of the price which was 14.95. So i called them up and the lady on the phone was very polite and she was talking to me about the product. She said that it was going to be 14.95, she then asked me if I wanted some extras with that trial sample, i said no (thinking that i would get charged some crazy amount) and went ahead and got the trial sample. I made shure to tell her i wanted to try it out before i got another shipment, to not charge my account. I got off the phone with that lady thinking every thing was fine.

It was a week later when i got the keratin earth. So i tryed it out, it stunk like a perm although that did not bother me. I did all the steps and the next day, i went to the shower, dryed my hair when i was done. My hair was not straght like the ad sayed it would be. So I thought this stuff is not for me.

I thought I was done with keratin earth, so went on with my life. About a week after I got the shipment I had to pay someone for cleening my house. I was banking on that money to be in my account, so that I could pay them. I went to look at my account and found out that the trial sample I had orderd was not the same price I was promised. It turned out to be 99.00 insted of 14.95. To my shock I had no money to pay the person for cleening the house.

When I called up Keratin Earth, to figure out what happend, I told them I had been charged something that I never asked for, that I wanted to only be charged for the item I had asked for. The lady sayed that I could return it, if I had not opened it. Too late for that, seeing as how I was billed a week after got the product. She also sayed that I had orderd the 99.00 package (Which is false), that their is nothing that she or anyone else could do about it.

So that is why I am on here. To give my side of the story, to explain what happend and to let people know what a ripoff this really is.
