Fraudulent billing

I requested the free trial of keranique within the phone. I had been under the impression that i'd be charged $7.95 for that sample. After i examined my declaration it showed a reduction of $168.85. I called and spoke with angela and she stated that i'd made an error and agreed to pay the full amount. How dumb do they believe i'm? After i expected to talk to a supervisor and threatened to take legal action through consumer protection she returned to the line to tell me that she'd be adding our money back to the lender, less the $7.95. I've yet to get the item or the reimbursement. I want that i'd checked more carefully before making that phone. I'm nevertheless processing a formal complaint from the company through consumer protection.
