I just moved out on my own and this was my first call in order to anything, i ordered and i asked the lady repeatidly if this was my only payment of 41.95 and she said yes.
After about a week i cancelled and thought that was the end of that, when i was billed 2 payments of 29.95. I called and they couldn't even give me a number to call they gave me an address and fax number. I'm pissed. If i would have known there were two other payments i wouldn't have done this.
I live pay check to pay check. 29.95 is a lot to me. I did not authorize these two payments. I want a refund of the two payments or all of it. I feel so used and scared that they have my bank info and everything.
They were not up front and honest with me. I'm afraid they might keep charging me, i was upset that i couldn't even talk to a person who could help me instead i get to email (which i can't get to, Propolene@ecustomerresopnse.com) or to fax someone and they said it might take 2 to 3 weeks to get a response.
Not good enough, please help me, i'm going to fax and email and write to them but i doubt they will help me. Thank you
