Ripoff unauthorized charge to credit card claimed I ordered "male enhancement" - HELLLOOO I'm female! Cincinatti

Let's take it from the top. Are we all on the same page? All 1600 of us? Because that's how many complaints this company has received this year!

The scam is simple. Get a "free sample" of Altovis, or any one of their non-working products. Now you are to pay $4.95 for shipping your "free" item. Oh, did we mention your will be enrolled in some ironclad foofaraw for life program? Who cares whether you like it or not, we'll charge you $70 anyway. That's so we can pay our snotty reps who tell you that you need a "cancellation number" to get a refund.

Well, you followed directions and went to a website and cancelled, right? Cancellation number? WHAT cancellation number? It says "submit" - oh, and please provide us with the credit card number you used to order (so we can rip you off some more).

I am now out $70 that I needed to buy REAL medicine because I am diabetic. Not only that, but according to my credit card company they have been pilfering little amounts from my account for 4 months!!!

This company sucks pond scum!!! I had to cancel my credit card and get another one just to stop their unauthorized charges. You will NEVER get a refund!!! This is a scam!!!
