I payed $60.00 for Propolene. They did not work. I followed the directions and there were no results. I was sent another package and I sent it back. I recieved a bounce fee from my bank. I found out Propolene charged $45.00 more dollars to my debit card. So I had to pay the $45 and a $30 bounce fee from the bank. I called a number I found on the website. The women I talked to was really rude. At first she said since I sent it back they would refund the $45. I asked about the bounce fee. I said I should not be have to pay it. It was their mistake not mine. She preceded to tell me that they would not pay the bank. She then asked me if I had sent the package back with a tracking number and of course I had not. She then said they had no record of recieving it. That was when I started to get angry. The worst part was when she told me I could not prove they recieved it. I have never felt so angry and helpless as I did when she said that. So I had to pay my bank $130.06 for everything.
