Mtmacy Ordered 03/04, they confirmed, didn't receive order, no response to emails, Internet

On March 4, I purchase Vitamin E T-50 a natural preservative for health care products, lotions, soaps, massage oils... From McLean Centre. They confirmed my purchase by email. (Online it says they usually ship product within 24 hours.) I waited 2 weeks and when I had not received the shipment, I got online to find out how to track the order, I could not figure how to do so from their site. It seemed unclear, and difficult to use. I have a difficult time reading computer screens, and use a text reader, so it is possible I missed something when trying to figure out how to track the order.

Anyway, I then tried to contact them, I could find their hours of operation, but there was no phone number. They did list an email address. I have emailed them twice, but they have not responded to my emails. I then looked at the site again and found there is no address (they do state that they are located in Atlanta, GA. Additionally they do not list a phone number, No physical address and No phone number — seems strange. So I have contacted my credit card company to see if a phone number was provided to them, with the company's request for payment. (I have not filed a dispute, yet. I will file a dispute when I get my credit card statement in April.)

I don't know if this company is a fraud or not. But I am beginning to wonder if it may be so, especially, since they have not responded to my email inquiries. Can you find out anything about them? Tell me of other ways to contact them? OR Contact them with my inquiry as to if they are a real and legit company. I am not trying to cause them problems, but not responding to emials in no way to do business. And not doing so, along with the other abnormalities about the site that I have since noted, I can't help but wonder if something is wrong with the site, or the company.???
