DuluthGeorgia they took two payments before my 30 day "free trial" was up. When I called on day 29 they said the thirty days started from when they sent the packet. $700 out of my account for this scam

The agent Christen lied. She explained a policy too good to be true. Then when I ordered it, it didn't go through. She claimed that my routing number was not correct. So the next month we were to try again. Another futile attemp. So when she said that she had another company and a great program with a 30 day trial period, I was exhausted. I said yes. After seeing that the policy had no real coverage and reading on line about the NBLA Scam, I called to cancel in 29 days after it started.By this time they had taken $110 initiation fee and two 300 payments. They have refused to give back the refund. The agent is no longer available to speak. Disappeared after I spoke with her off and on for 3 months. This a very tricky company. I have contacted BBB in Georgia.
