Non delivery of item ordered

I ordered a pair of UGG boots from the UGG Centre on line. I should have known better but the particular boots were difficult to find. The UGG Centre immediately processed the charge against my credit card. Some time later they provided me an order number and even later provided a traking number. However, neither the order number nor the tracking number has allowed me to track the order. I now know I will never see the UGG boots and I am out the money that was charged to my credit card. I plan to cancel the credit card as it is very evident this was a scam by yet again, the Chinese people who take advantage of Americans and are gradually destroying our economy.
