Never taiked to the person and ruined credit report

My wife got a treatment thru one of the hospitals. Paid big money for that. Probably one bill left out. She was not in the town due to her furthar treatment. IC system put that bill on credit rating without talking in person. Once we come to know about that bill. We paid in full. But this company needs to be shutdown and needs a lawsuit against them.
