Orders never delivered

I am writing to complain i ordered medication and was told it would arrive in 5 - 7 days i got an email with my order details
they cashed the check and now nothing, no contact details or anything
they took $37.99
and they have my bank details
i am very concerned, i read on line this company has scammed many others.
