Lies and deceit - do not trust & do not give money

FCCI is a company that should be held at arms length. All they do is get your money and then lie to you about the "investors" that they have available.

First, if you can not afford to exted yourself over $150,000.00 for the purchase of a house, don't bother with this company. They only want to work with people who can have a big payoff for the company.

We have been living in a 5th wheel trailer since oct because FCCI lied about the extent of their "investors" or inother words: if you can only afford a house that cost &125,000.00 they can't find an investor who will buy the house you want, because their return money is really not what their looking for.

Bill lange, CEO of FCCI, has tried everything from offering to help us "buy " a new new house, offer a full refund of money if we were not satisfied, (which we were not) to all of a sudden buy the house for us through the generosity of their company. First of all we lost 2 houses through FCCI because of the lack of "investors in ths Pittsburgh" area. Then demanded our money back. That was when finally got a returned call from Bill. First he offered our money back... in 30 days... Bullshit!

Next he said the company would mortgage the house through FCCI after we damanded our money back. Don't really think that is legal, since their not a lending institution or bank. (i'm sure there is some serious legal conquencises to that). His only real concern was keeping the money we shelled out to secure their services. Hell, Bill, even asked us if we new of any investors in the pittsburgh area... Kinda tell you something about this place doesn't it???

Bill even went as far as asking my real estate agent for an investor and then told him " they usally didn't work with people in the program that couldn't afford an $150,000.00 house or over."

When our real estate agent or my wife and I called, we were stone-walled and lied to. Our phone calls that were left on voice mail were never returned, until, after we demanded out money back. We received the same old scripted phrases we heard time after time.

My family has endured days of weather well below freezing and frozen water pipes, all on the hope this company will assist us into a house. Boy did we take it in the shorts.

I guess I would have to ask Mr. Lange where his values, integerity and morals were. He has taken advantage of a Disabled veteran and his family, who was at one time, protecting the very values thet he takes for granted.

I have contacted the BBB in washington and filed a complaint with them... FCCI has had several complaints filed. All but 2 have been resolved.

You will receive no satisfaction with this company, only despair and dis-satisfaction.

As of the 15th of Feb we are still waiting for our funds to be returned to us.
