My wife joined this gym in march. She got sick and was unable to continue to use the gym. When she called in dec to cancel she was told there was a 45 day cancellation policy and she would be charged for one more month. WHen in january she was charged again so she called the gym and was told there was no record of the cancellation but they would cancell it then and there but they could not refund the monies charged. Another month went by and another charge appeared. When she called she was told by Norman the manager that she never filled in the cancellation form so basically tough. She went up to the gym and met this so called manager who made her fill out a cancellation form and dated it march 2nd even though it was march 1st. He said that was because it took 24 hours to come in to effect. She left very upset at the way she was treated but though that was it. On March 5th a fee of $29 was charged to the account and when she called up she was told that it was the yearly account maintenance which came into effect on march 1st. When Norman was called and asked about this charge his answer was ' TOUGH SHIT'.
