Unable to terminate Policy - Health Insurance

The most dishonest company to deal with, forget trying to get an answer from them %u201CIT%u2019S IMPOSSIBLE%u201D
1. Called to cancel policy Oct. 2012 because I obtained insurance thru my employer effective Aug. 2012.
2. February discovered payments were still being drafted from my account.
3. Called customer svc February 18, 877-849-9690 spoke with Dez. Dez instructed me to fax a letter to %u201CPolicy Cancellation Service Dept%u201D 877-899-6447, to cancel policy. Dez said to include proof and date of my new insurance for my refund. Coventry would not credit me the full amount, only 3 months.
4. March 19 faxed all information to the %u201CPolicy Cancellation Dept%u201D.
5. March 18 received a default letter from Coventry dated March 12. Which stated that they attempted to collect recurring payment of $176.19 for my insurance coverage. To add additional insult I%u2019m being charged a $20. Service fee for insufficient funds.
6. March 25 Called Coventry Customer Service asked for a supervisor and was told it would take 24 to 48 hours for a call back. I told the rep that was unacceptable but left my contact info anyway.
7. March 25 called the corporate office in Bethesda MD. And spoke with the assistant to the CEO, she transferred me to the Executive Inquiry division who in turn refers me back to customer service, but with a two hour call back time.
8. March 27 I never received my promised two hour call back, nor did I receive the 24 to 48 hour call back from customer service.
9. March 27 called Mr. Allen Wise CEO, however was put through to a voicemail belonging to Michelle Sheppard which I once again left my callback information.

I filed a complaint with the Nevada State Division of Insurance on 3/25.
