American Dental may be the shadiest many unprofessional organization I Have ever handled. Feb. 2011 I had been provided a "discount" easily submitted $1250, stated they'd shut my bill. Today I am getting billed $1065. I named along with a repetition stated "there is never a discount used". Second-time I named "have to review consideration", I quit a note with Boss CARLOS ROBLES atleast three times, he never called me. Third-time I named repetition stated the request auditing was never completed, she'd request it. Next period I named they stated I had a need to visit my regional office in Hawthorne, CA. Visited nearby office, supervisor was excellent & stated I'd to contact corporate office. Next period calling corporate workplace and also the repetition stated they combined my kids chart with my boy, $1250 was put into incorrect graph. Sixth moment I called again no review data yet. It has been happening for 12 months! Today easily do not provide a cost they'll not proceed with my boyis braces and that Iam receiving automated calls that I have to call-back about my "bill". Our reccomedation, opt for another dentist office. They make it seem like they're allowing you to get you hooked in and they just treat you like crap!!
