Rude unprofessional Reps

I obtained a phone today 12-5 from a Degree counseling representative named Rod, or Ron, at 10:45am, when he called and asked for me, I asked who was calling, he then jumped and stated my name thend continued speaking. I quit him and stated, I never established who I had been sr. Then he repeated wherever he was calling and requested for me personally. I subsequently mentioned I had been her, and want to understand why the phone call. Ralph or Pole, began yelling rudely stating your not her, you simply stated you where not her. I quit him again and stated, no, I informed the repetition I never established, “you assumed”, then he named me a liar, I requested to talk to a supervisor, the repetition explained no you cannot, after which put the phone call. Oh oh! You better think I called back and talked to some boss informed her what had happed and that I would really like activity taken upon the repetition. She assured me that they can, but wouldn't provide me-any information on where I - can create a formal complaint. I guidance her I'll certainly discover a way. Avoid this business.
