Don't let them take advantage of you! Overpriced. Generiac's given without approval!

First I was treated very rudely when I dropped prescription off but what the heck! Everyone is in a bad mood anyway! So I moved forward with my prescription filling... Then I picked it up and found it was generiac form which I did not want and wasn't written by the Dr as generiac. I was told that their policy is to fill generiac unless you tell them! I was not made aware of that! And I feel I should have been. Well their corporate office offered no apology and confirmed that.

The corporate office also told me the HIGH price of the generiac was inline with "other" pharmacy EXCEPT "Walmart" and "Target" with whom they didn't compete. Well guess who gets MY business in the future??? Not CVS!!! Ripoffs! Buyer BEWARE... They are RUTHLESS. Especially in this economic times. Stay away. RUDE, OVERPRICED AND UNCONCERNED ABOUT YOUR PRESCRIPTION NEEDS! I will let my Dr know what happened and get a new prescription filled at one of CVS's recommended pharmacy's for lower COSTS! And I'm sure BETTER SERVICE!
