CVS Pharmacy, #8586,151st and Metcalf, Overland Park, KS - filling a new prescrption

Because of insurance changes, I had to fill my prescription at the CVS pharmacy #8586 (in Overland Park, KS). I have had a very bad and disappointing experience with my very first prescription.

Within three weeks in October I made five trips to that pharmacy for a single prescription and that prescription is not filled yet.

The pharmacists there absolutely incompetent and rude. They have no respect for the patient or their medical needs or situation. Each and every time I visited, they had a different excuse for their incompetency.

Each person blames the previous one but he or she is no better. We finally spoke with the manager but he seemed to be very inexperienced and equally incompetent. He provided equally ludicrous explanation of the delays, their lack of professionalism, and their flaws. We transferred the prescription.
