Horrible company to work with, rude, no product shipped in 4 weeks

This is a horrilbe company, everyone that I have spoken with on the phone is very rude as well. I have had trouble with other orders but, I most recently ordered a TENS unit from there catalog, after two weeks I called to check on status, I was told that they would check with warehouse and they would call me back, of course they do not, I followed up again next day and was told I would have at begining of the next week, I did not,

I called again the next week and got the same "have to check with warehouse and we'll call you back" answer, they did not, I called again and they said I would have it by next Friday, I did not, I called again today and was told "I have to check... And call you back", I said no - I want to speak to manager, I was told "We'll have someone call you back. BS I am tearing up their catalog and warning everyone to stear clear of this company.
