I purchased a portable bidet from this company. I received it in a reasonable time. When I went to use it for the first time the motor would run but nothing would happen. I called their tech support line and left a message. I got a call back within a day. I discussed the problem with the technician and he had me do a few things and then finally suggested I should return the unit. I spent $13 to return the unit. About a week later I got an email from them saying that the batteries were in backwards and the unit worked and since there wasn't a problem if I paid $6.95 for return shipping they would ship the product back to me. I emailed back that it had been my experience when batteries are put in backwards that nothing happens and that is why I didn't consider that option. But my main gripe was that if this was such an obvious solution why didn't the tech support person tell me to try that when I had him on the phone. So I wrote back saying that I thought they should pay the return shipping since they had an opportunity to tell me that but didn't. I never heard back. I wrote a second email and didn't hear back. I then called twice and left messages and didn't hear back. Finally in frustration today I paid their $6.95 shipping and we will see if they respond to that. I am very disappointed in the customer service ethic of this company. I don't know how much it costs them to get each new customer but for $6.95 they just lost one. It is too bad because I was also in the market for two new sit down bidets to replace two that are starting to fail. Needless to say I won't be ordering them from this company.
