After having the same experience as other people have had with LG, I have decided to warn everyone I know NOT to buy LG products. If you do, be warned. If your LG product quits working, the customer service is HORRIBLE. We bought a DVD player/recorder/VHS. It stopped playing DVD's after just a few movies. We called LG customer service and it has been nothing but frustration ever since. They say they will call back and don't, they say they will send out shipping labels, and they did, but for a company that doesn't service this area.

When we called back to tell them that the shipping company doesn't service this area they said they would call us back. They didn't. I called them back. They told us they will send out a label for a different shipping company. The label did not come. After we called back numerous times they said they would send out a label. This has been going on for 2 months now.

I called them yesterday they said they would return my call. Since they didn't return the call, I called them again and got a different person. After I told him about the shipping company he hooked me up, on the phone, with the same company! I called back and got a different person, who said they would call me back. They didn't. So today I called again. They said they would send a label.

We still don't have a label but they say it should be here Fri. Even if it comes and we send the unit back, will it work when we get it back? We'll find out. Otherwise we are out almost $300.00 Buy LG at your own risk. Warn your friends and family.
