Caremark Rx should be called NO-Caremark Rx. This is due to a rude particular staff in the pharmacy's drop-off area on 12-18-11 (about 8:45-9:15AM) who was unwelcoming (angry&annoyed verbal-facial expression) to receive my inquiry&purchase of my daughter's inhaler. With a soft&respectful tone, I said to her to SMILE&if there's a problem (?) Shockingly, she yelled and ranted at me saying that she just opened the store&there's nothing she can do if I have a problem with her face, etc... (Take note, smiling pertains to a facial expression and feelings, and not the physical aspect of the Face.) Without rebutting, I took my Rx card back&cooled-off. I was offended of her rant; went back & firmly told her she had no right to yell at me just because I said her to SMILE. I've been a customer with this CVS pharmacy/store for several years;I didn't have any problem/noticed as I am highly tolerant of bad service except for this incident. The saying of "Service with a Smile" ceased to exist at CVS. It's good I got a new job&new insurance program&not mandated to purchase at a CVS-pharmacy anymore.
