Ripoff billed C.C. Without approval, refund never appears OHIO

I inquired and recieved the sample of Enzyte, when ordering the representative asked if we wanted to get on the managed health care program to keep getting the product monthly, we firmly said NO, we wanted try it first... But we did tell them NO this was a one time deal.

Thirty days later to my surprise a package from Enzyte arrives with a sixty day supply, I promptly called 866.985.9040, and told them, what happened - no problem the rep. Said sorry about being slammed, just seal it and return to sender and once they recieved it back, the account would be refunded the full 65.45 shipping.
One week passed and I had my new CC bill with the charge on it, and called the number on a Saturday, that rep. Old me that yes they showed the product as being returned, but the refund/billing Dept. Was very slow, but it should be taken care of within 14 days, please call back.

Well I've been trying to call back for two and a half months, and have yet to get thru, i also tryed the web, to no avail.

Now this is in dispute, the CC company says that ENZYTE will not ASSIST them in settling, and I need to provide proof.

THis company has some sort of blocking caller list so that only new callers get in. This CRAP has got to cease, this company ad product are ripoffs, and the reps handling calls are slamming people for sales... Plus they have our CC numbers... Lets shut this company down!!!
