Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billed once under ENZYTE then LIFKEY INC ripoff business from hell tricked and lied to us Cincinniti

I ordered the product under ENZYTE over the telephone after watching a T. V commercial. At that time I told the Lady who took my order I just wanted to try this product she said fine no problem. This would of been a perfect time to tell me that once I order the product that they auto ship and Auto take money from your card Nothing was said. I recieve the product

It came in packaging from ENZYTE and a charge of 99.00 was taken from my card labled ENZYTE! It didnt work I didnt want any more of this product. I looked at my online banking account 2 months later and find a charge from LIFEKEY INC never heard about this company. I called my bank to find out what this company was and am disputing the charge. This was on 12-06-02 then on 12-08-02 I recieved a package from LIFEKEY INC and it was enzyte.

I called the company 3 times all the employess were rude I wanted to speak to the supervisor about returnig this product I didnt even order. Well they wouldnt give me a name first off when I asked for a name told me that wasnt revelent I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me they dont deal with CUSTOMER satisfaction and if I shipped they're product back they would ship it right back to me told me to read the fine print on my first order then hung up on me..

Well my fine print said to save up to 20% order using auto ship. I didnt use auto ship and they sent then when I recieved the package the reason you save 20% is cause they charge you 59.95 for two bottles instead of three for 99.00. This company never called me to find out if I even liked there product and they never sent me a survy or anything.

All they did was Change the charge from ENZYTE to LIFEKEY INC you couldn't stop that if you wanted to cause you dont know what name they will use next.
